Recruiters & Hiring Firms

Our service to firms wishing to recruit a contractor is FREE.

Post a Contract Opportunity

Recruiters and Hiring firms are able to post details of new contract opportunities straight onto the website and these will appear in the  ‘Contract Opportunities’ section of the site.

Any new posts are distributed by IFSCA to its members shortly after being posted.

Contractor Database

For selected firms we can offer access to our contractor database. This contains details those members who have agreed to be added to our database. Contact details for each contractor are provided.

Certified Financial Contractor (CFC)

Contractors that have CFC status have completed IFSCA’s fit and proper test which follows the regulator’s approach. Hiring firms can be re-assured that by engaging contractors are of sufficient quality to be consistent with regulatory requirements.

For those outsourcing the fit and proper test contributes to a firms adherence to the FSA’s high level standards with regard to PRIN & SYSC.
